D-Bus - A Short Talk - Dr. Thomas Kluyver
Thomas Kluyver is a Research Fellow at the Engineering Sciences Instituion of Southhampton University. He is working on software tools for scientists writing code as part of the Jupyter and IPython projects.
Before moving into software development, Thomas did his PhD in plant science, studying how crop plant species have evolved under human influence.
Thomas' work is funded by a grant to the Jupyter project from the Sloan and Moore foundations and the Helmsley trust.
